[Fragrance Description]
The bouquet of fresh and lush roses evokes Marie Antoinette’s love of the flower. A hint of Tuscan black pepper at the heart of the rose delivers subtle, unexpected harmony. The special edition Rose Poivrée, candle was created by Cire Trudon in partnership with designer Giambattista Valli to celebrate the 2010 opening of his first store on rue Boissy d’Anglas in Paris.

The brand's founder, Mr. Cire Trudon, who adhered to traditional French craftsmanship and complex formulations, was known as the "sacred artisan who works for gods and royalty" by the French of his time.

The packaging of Trudon candles features significant seals, including the coats of arms of Louis XIV and Napoleon, as well as a gold medal awarded at the 1889 Exposition Universelle in Paris. These seals serve as proof of Trudon’s rich history and unshakable noble status. Even in modern times, Trudon continues to be the fragrance choice of European aristocracy, elites, and celebrities, as well as the go-to scent brand for collaborations with prestigious fashion houses such as Hermes, Cartier, and Dior.

As a brand that has witnessed royal life and French history, Trudon still upholds its commitment to using 100% natural ingredients. It refuses to use artificial paraffin, opting instead for plant-based materials like coconut, soy, and palm oil. The cotton wicks in its candles are made from pure cotton, and the glass vessels are crafted by artisans in Vinci, Italy. Each candle is sealed with a golden relief stamp from a historic French champagne house, ensuring that the brand’s centuries-old tradition of luxury and craftsmanship continues to this day.
